Their goal is to get as close as possible to a working proof of concept, and wait for Meta, Google, or Palantir to buy them.

"Will soon… "?

You’re a couple years late to the party, pal.

Ah yes, remember how many people starved to death as the result of the great pepper famine? Almost 1. /s

This is well-known, just not widely discussed.

It’s a combination of soil being depleted from micro minerals, and every plant is bred for yield, not flavor or nutrition.

I love the concept! That’s very cool.

I know some guys that might be into that. Thanks for mentioning it!

Fascinating stuff, and a linear streaming French TV from the 90s would be awesome. For what it’s worth, the only redeeming element of Amazon and other VOD services is that they do often have a ton of “live tv” channels that are just regular ol’ TV, but one show over and over. Music videos or MST3K is my usual go-to.

Yeah, just let them crash the entire economy first so they can pay engineers $7.50 an hour.

Nope. Not just you.

That’s cool, and I’m glad you’ve made the TV take a vow of solitude!

Yeah, and things like arrival times could be flipped around, so time until your stop is also just the ETA of that bus to the stop anyway. Just changes to how you slice and dice the same data.

Oh, that seems like it could come in handy often.

Oh, yeah, that’s a tough one, but seems workable.

Wonderful! Thanks for the added info.

Pretty good collection for an old clunker!

Nice. Seems like a more direct version of a Joplin list.

Absolutely counts! Never even imagined that as an option.

This is awesome.

That’s very cool!

I have an Invidious instance going, and a boatload of MP3s from the last 30 years… Tell me more.
