I’m too optimistic indeed. Fk eu
exactly my point…
is it though? After the EU parliament has rejected it TWICE in the past, it has been pushed as an urgent procedure for a new plenary vote. The EU has simply continued to put the vote on the agenda to get the outcome they’ve wanted since the start.
This is exactly how democracy is not working. EU just pushed it through. Despite multi rejections!

Selfhosted@lemmy.world•Is there anyone that would be interest in doing a video call with me to show me how all this cloudflare/nginx/authentication works? I can pay
2·3 days agoAnd what if I have a router (like your thread, OPNsense), top-of-rack switch (10G ports) and an access-switch (1/2.5G ports). And then the ports that face end-devices are either on the access switch (that makes sense right) as well as top-level rack switch has connections towards my server machines in my rack.
So its bit more hardware then you initially though, and all devices technically support vlans. SO basically I had two questions in one:
- What would be the best VLAN setup for my needs (I expect here some follow-up questions, back and forth)
- How can I configurable the VLANs correctly across my various switches, such that it actually works… So I don’t accidentally lock myself out again and needed a SW reset (lol).

5·3 days agoI have the same request but for vlans in my house. I do have supported hardware. But I just still don’t get vlans working

1·14 days agoMy bad. I actually meant agpl. And gpl. You’re right to point out the that mit is fine. Which is true. Mit can be used for whatever.
But my for example my WineGUI project is agpl. Pretty sure those Ai companies used all open source code regardless of the license.
I’m actually also fine if they trained on my agpl code. But then they should have open sourced their models and data. And their whole project.

1·14 days agoSorry also some projects are agpl or gpl indeed. I actually meant to say agpl. They most likely also stole that. Let’s be honest here.
For example my WineGUI project is agpl. Also I’m also fine if they trained on it. But then they should open source their models and data and their other projects.

That’s true. I’m just saying the models do get better and are quite impressive now.
But whatever the term means. I know where AGI stands for, but the term “agi” is still very vague. You can’t compare a machine llm model with the human brain.
