What are you going to put in your Super Mario 3 strategy guide?
The SMB3 strategy guide has color maps of every level, shows you where every hidden block is, and is jam packed with beautiful concept art.
It’s how I learned you could squat on white blocks to finish “behind” a level and get to warp pipe rooms. Going from 1-1 to anywhere you want in about 5 minutes is kind of a big deal in games without save states.
This line made me laugh:
Defined communication channels for feature requests, places to report bugs, delegate to others some/more of the community management, put together a FAQ and more docs, and so on.
If only there were any other developers on the Internet that they could have learned from and taken an example. If only anyone had ever written an application before.

You think 8k MAU is a chicken and an egg problem though?
No.
Any moron can flood a community with content. All it takes is an RSS bot and thirty minutes of free time. Take a look at !fantasyfootballnewswire@lemmy.inbutts.lol. Don’t subscribe to that community on Lemmy or it will drown out all other posts once the NFL goes to training camp.
(Following the community on Mastodon, in its own list, works wonders.)
Maybe ask the community if they want your contribution before whipping it out.

There are less than 8k MAUs in this community, it doesn’t need a firehose of memes from elsewhere.

“Network effect.”
It’s spam.

I’ve written my fair share! Unfortunately, clients ask for dumb shit all the time and Alpine is fast and cheap.

If you’re judging the website of a JS library by how it performs without JS, I’m not sure I can help you.
Without third party
Can you share the sources you blocked?

Implementing reactivity is a non-trivial task. With Alpine, you get Vue’s without the rest of Vue.

Is your pipeline tied to GitHub actions or something?
Can’t remember the last time I was sober for an OS upgrade

If you like Lemmy you might like ibis, also by @nutomic@lemmy.ml

Any layer is better than no layer.

Are you sure it’s not the discs themselves? Turns out, DVDs are a dogshit archival medium.

Your 12 day old comment history is full of disingenuous bullshit, and so is this post.
Nah, if you have Bluetooth on your phone is already doing it.
