Tried get my dad to use Linux for his work but had problems with his clients not being able to open the files he sent using the Linux word and Excell programs. So that’s clear for him not to use Linux.

Recently I have problem with high you and cpu usage, mainly GPU(GeForce 1060). Trying to troubleshoot it and updating drivers but so far it’s still doing it with game that shouldn’t be that demanding (timber born). So I’m debating switching completely to Linux already have Linux mint on second drive but remember having problems with the GPU drivers too. So while I like the simplicity and not bloated os not sure I want to troubleshoot other stuff and learning new os and using command line. I’m still very much noob with Linux so just want to ideally set it and for it just work and occasionally update without stuff breaking. -just a bit of rant about deciding, sorry if it doesn’t belong here.
I thought they made them so small that they would interfere with each other if they made them any smaller.
-Walking for short trips -Trams for longer trips -Electric/hydrogen cars for beyond city/transporting heavier stuff. -Train for anything further Isn’t this all you would ever need?
Our teacher once said that today’s dumps will be future mines. Seems like it’s becoming true.
How about we made one large car that could fit like 80 or more people? So they would need only few cars and make routes where the most people want to go and just keep driving those routes and make stops where the most people would go to get on.
Nuclear reprocessing then if you insist on right wording.
I thought it’s already figured out, recycle it like in France.
I keep thinking if they could make a phone that you just assemble like a computer and can change the parts to upgrade. I don’t care it would be bit bulky. But I assume they wouldn’t make as much money if people won’t buy entire new phones every two years.
It would just end up like in the Love death and robots episode When the Yogurt Took Over. They wouldn’t listen and just do their own thing.
All fines should be percentage of income instead of some arbitrary number.
Please tell me this is the onion.
Think it was pop OS because “gaming” but never really had Linux as main os on my pc because gaming and modding and few other things that are just more complicated compared to what I’m used to. Being told to just use arch also does not help when I don’t want to use terminal. And also don’t know if you can run vr on Linux without problems. Current have installed mint on second drive(HDD) will start looking more into Linux when windows 10 stops getting support. But I’m a noob so what do I know.
Seeing this just makes me want a tv that is just a monitor, no crap you just plug in your own thing whatever you want.
