1 year agoYou probably don’t work for a large company who has a duty to their shareholders. Large companies tend to save any penny they can because it scales up across the company. The workers at the bottom have no way to communicate with their employers too.
Small business has a shorter hierarchy, where you can go talk to the head of the company. They’re usually private companies that don’t have public shareholders.
He’s not. He’s waiting tables and taking orders.
