Great idea, and realize likely a joke, but wouldn’t you just need to pull the one or two that connect out to the internet?
Overcast probably is the most private client. The creator has a podcast called Accidental Tech Podcast. He has spoken several times about collecting only the minimum information to make the app work. He says he simply does not want the responsibility of keeping the data safe, and does not do targeted ads.
A Brother laser. If buying today, I would get a document feeder, duplexing, and wireless. The $150ish version is fine for home use. Mine lacks wireless so we use special software to add it that adds a step. But it just works and only needs a new toner ever couple years at our printing pace.
Hard disagree. Affinity Photo is on par. It. Is worse in a few areas (AI, especially) but better in others.
Use the one built into iPhones and either encrypt iCloud so Apple cannot read it ( but no way to recover if you forget password) or turn off iCloud sync for health data (you will lose history with new phone).
Or, print out a one page annual calendar and use a pencil.
