I honestly can’t stand comments like these. Why is every technology discussion on Lemmy dominated by people congratulating themselves for using something ‘better’? Most of the time without even being asked.

Not really into tv adaptations of video games. However, if they give this series the same high-quality anime treatment as Castlevania, sign me up.
Let’s not forget that this is what Elon looked like in 2000. As a billionaire I’m sure he can afford the best hair plugs money can buy, but underneath it all he is a basement-dwelling loser. I used to think he was at least intelligent, now I’m not so sure.
Honestly, he looks a lot happier in that old picture than he does in anything I’ve seen lately.
A succinct lesson proving that having a lot of money doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re smart.
Just curious, why the criticism of discord? Maybe I’m out of the loop, but I haven’t heard anything too negative about them - nothing like the controversy surrounding reddit, Twitter, etc.
Just a personal preference?
Seems like Proton is branching out into a lot of new areas lately. Possibly too many? I’d prefer it if they’d work on improving their current offerings first…
