If you don’t see eye to eye that’s another thing and maybe just let yourself fall out, you clearly have different upbringings and maybe this is part of why you’re not on the same page. Otherwise personally I can’t really see why a friendship should fall out over a different brand of leftism. From the way you write I’m guessing you’re in a Western country which means it’s purely a theoretical disagreement. It’s not like there’s an active revolution underway.
